Medical Guidelines

Quality care - and your pet's safety - is assured by stringent health requirements for all our boarders.

Dogs are required to have updated shot records for Rabies, DHLPP(Distemper), and Bordatella (Canine Cough).  The Bordatella shot is required to be in your dog's system 10 or more days before boarding.

Cats are required to have updated shot records for Rabies and Feline Distemper.

All shot records must be faxed to our facility either by you or your veterinarian before the scheduled boarding stay.

Each pet receives Daily Report Cards while boarding with us.  The Daily Report Card tracks helpful information such as:
  • eating habits during the stay
  • stool and urine report
  • overall appearance
  • personality and temperament
  • use of special amenities
It is our policy to inspect all boarders for fleas.  If fleas are present, the pet will be dipped at the owner’s expense ($35.00) for the protection of all our boarders.

The above requirements insure the health and safety of all our guests.
