Check-in
Check-in time is any time during
our business hours. There is always a full charge for the first day of stay, regardless of check-in time.
HOURS:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Sunday 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Come rain or shine, 365 days per year, we always have staff here caring for our furry guests.
However, during select holidays we give our front desk time off
to be with their families. Therefore, our lobby is closed for the following holidays:
January 1 & 2, April 24, May 29 & 30, July 3 & 4, September 4 & 5, November
24, December 24 & 25 and 31, January 1,
2012
Check-out
Check out time 1:00 p.m.
Pets NOT requested for additional time due to grooming must be picked up by 1:00 p.m. on their departure day.
Any pet not picked up by 1:00 p.m. will be charged for an additional day of lodging. We regret that we cannot accommodate
check-outs during non-business hours. There is a full day charge for all Sunday pick ups.
Controlled Travel
All pets entering and exiting Kountry
Pet Resort & Training Center must be on a leash or in a carrier until directed otherwise. Kountry Pet Resort
& Training Center provides customized identification collars upon arrival. Therefore, all carriers, leashes, collars
and harnesses will be returned to owner upon check-in.
Right
of Refusal
Kountry Pet Resort & Training Center reserves the right to refuse admittance to any pet guest
for any reason, at any time, who lacks proof of vaccinations, displays signs of untreated or potentially contagious conditions,
demonstrates aggressive behavior, or who fails our standard health and temperament policies. All guests must be in good
health and must not have had or been exposed to any contagious or communicable illnesses within a 30-day period prior to check-in.
Pets showing signs of vomiting, coughing, gagging, sneezing, or diarrhea will not be admitted. Pets showing signs of
fleas or ticks will be treated at owner's expense.
Belongings
Due to safety and sanitary considerations, we regret we cannot accept any outside bedding or food bowls.
Kountry Pet Resort & Training Center is a full-service establishment that provides all the necessary clean bedding and paper
food bowls that comforts your pet and adheres to our strict standards.
Deposits
A deposit is required
to secure your pets reservation. If you need to change or cancel a holiday/vacation period reservation,
you must notify us at least 14 days in advance or cancellation fees will apply. Changes or cancellations to a non-holiday/vacation
period reservation must be made three days in advance or cancellation fees will apply. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
