Come rain, shine or holiday, 365 days per year, we always have staff here caring for our furry guests. However, during select major holidays we give our front desk time off to be with their families. Therefore, our lobby is closed for the following holidays in 2024:
January 1, March 31, May 26 & 27, July 4, September 1 & 2, November 28, December 24 & 25, December 31, January 1, 2025.
*Kountry Pet Resort & Training Center requires a three day minimum boarding charge for the following holidays: Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day.

From Lake Street:
For example, Bartlett, Streamwood, Carol Stream, take Lake Street (which later turns into Us Hwy. 20) and our facility is 3 1/2 miles west of Randall Road on US Hwy. 20.
From the South:
For example, St. Charles, Geneva or West Chicago, go north on Randall Road (or Rt.31 or Rt. 25 or Rt. 59) and then head west on US Hwy. 20. Our facility is 3 1/2 miles west of Randall Road on US Hwy. 20.
From the North:
For example, Dundee, Crystal Lake or Barrington, go south on Randall Road (or Rt. 31 or Rt. 25 or Rt. 59) and then head west on US Hwy. 20. Our facility is 3 1/2 miles west of Randall Road on US Hwy. 20.
From the East:
For example, Woodfield/Schaumburg or O'Hare/Bensenville areas, head west on I-90 to Randall Road south to US Hwy. 20. Our facility is 3 1/2 miles west of Randall Road on US Hwy. 20.
From the West:
For example, Rockford, Belvidere, Marengo, Hampshire, head east on I-90 to Randall Road south to US Hwy. 20. Our facility is 3 1/2 miles west of Randall Road on US Hwy. 20.
